How Veeene works, and how to reach us.

Basics

• Record: hold the button. It records only while you hold it. Let go and press again to add the next clip.
• Undo: double-tap the viewfinder to remove the clip you just shot.
• Date and time: the calendar button cycles through date + time, date only, time only, and off. T changes the typeface.
• Export: from the preview screen, save to Photos with the button on the lower right.

Questions

Where are my videos stored?

Inside the app, until you export them. Deleting the app deletes them too, so export anything you want to keep.

How do I remove the watermark?

Subscribe to Veeene+. The watermark is off by default for subscribers; you can turn it back on in Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. You can also open that screen from Settings > Manage subscription inside the app.

I subscribed, but the app still shows the free plan

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases.
